Today is my weigh-in. I am sooo nervous. I hope that I didn't gain weight. As long as the worst thing that happens is that I stayed the same weight, I will be ok.
I was not very good this last week. We ate out too many times, like 4 times I think. I haven't been to the gym since Saturday. And, I am retaining alot of water. Sigh. I will still go and get weighed anyway because I think that it is very important.
I did set a new goal this week. I will go three days without eating out. If I can make it, I will be so proud of myself. I have to break the habit. So, yesterday was day 1. I did GREAT! Today is day 2 and so far so good. Hubby even called me and asked if I wanted to go to lunch and I said NO! Go me.

Let us know how you did. I haven't had a cigarette since January 3, 2008. And while I haven't lost weight, I haven't gained weight, either.
