Weight Loss

As of today, I have lost 5.7 pounds!!!! Woohooooooo! That is 3.15% of my body weight! Go MEEE!!!!!

Oh, and btw, my Birthday is in SIX days ;)

Honestly, I have only allowed myself 1200-1500 calories per day. I do try to stay as close to 1200 as possible. Even if that means I eat something really small and light for dinner.

I have also been going to the gym and working out. I don't know if that is really doing anything yet though. But let me tell you, my muscles hurt.

Let me tell you, Since working out, I have so much energy. I don't get tired throughout the day like I was and I don't have to sleep as much at night. It is really nice to have the energy to get everything done that I want and have to.
