Weight Loss

Weekly Weigh In:

Last week I was at 170.7.

This week I am at 168.3!

That is a total weight loss of:

2.4 pounds

Woo HOOOOOO!

Congratulations, T. I'm impressed! I'm still having trouble with the points. It's amazing how quickly they add up. But I realize that this is probably a process of getting used to not eating everything in sight. It's amazing how little food you can eat when you are managing points!
