My very first close-ups!

Today I got my new lens! It. Is. Amazing. I immediately ran outside and started taking pictures of the little pink and white flowers growing on our patio.







Unfortunately she's a bit fussy (yes, I'm referring to the lens, it's a girl). Even in bright sunlight it was hard to get perfect focus and the wind didn't help. But it sure was fun!

I can't wait to take more pictures. Oh, the possibilities...
