
Instead, Tom and I went to find computers to use as servers for other offices for which he runs internet services, and we had to find some parts for the computers that we found.
While driving through Santa Ana, we came across an interesting juxtaposition.

In this picture, there was a middle-aged woman who appeared to be doing whatever it took to earn money. She's standing out in the sun holding a sign advertising Subway sandwiches.
Next to her is a guy who is holding a sign begging for money. He's younger and appeared to be healthy. When he saw my camera aimed at him, he immediately tried to turn away and hide his face, so I got a sort of side shot.
At a thrift store where we stopped to buy the computers, I found these:

They were only $1.97, and yet I think they are real gold plated. Very nice ear rings.

That picture was taken just after we saw the lady holding the sandwich sign and the guy begging for money.

What is it that makes some people think that it is ok to not find a job? That handouts are ok?
