Weight Loss

I have told you before that my down fall is eating out.

Anyway, this afternoon was my weekly weigh in.

I gained .5 pounds.

That's okay. Remember Steph's post from when she finally met her goal? She said there were some weeks that she gained, too.

Keep at it, T. Gaining .5 is no big deal. Look at it as a reminder of what you should and should not be eating.
