In-N-Out Burger

Is my favorite! I have missed them sorely since I left California almost 6 years ago. It is so hard to find a good burger. Everytime we go to Vegas, which is only 1 1/2 hours away, or to So. Cal. to visit family we stop at In-N-Out at least once.

I can order a burger however I want, including with no bread. They call it Protein style and they wrap your burger in lettuce. It's very nice.

Well, we just got an In-N-Out. I will admit that people in this town have way to much time on their hands. The line for In-N-Out has been a 45min. - 1hr. wait since it opened last week. I did happen to get there at the perfect time the other night. My wait was 15 minutes and that includes getting my food.

Everytime a restaurant opens around here, people flock to it. I live in the most beautiful place and there is tons of hiking and outdoorsy stuff, but watch out! When a restaurant opens, people flock to it in droves. It's kinda weird. Let's just hope that I don't turn into one of them.
