I drink too much, eat too much and smoke too much. I am changing that this week. In fact, I've already lost 2 lbs. I quit smoking day before yesterday. And I am only drinking wine. No more Rum and Eggnogs.
Why is it that the things you like to do are so bad for you? Or is that indicative of the kind of person I am that those are the things I like to do? Why don't I over-indulge in bike riding???
