Ok. Not so good. I think last weeks weigh in was a fluke thing. I gained 3.1 of it back. Sigh. I am ok with it. I am NOT going to let it drag me down.

Yeah, that's okay. Anyways, it's not your fault. It's the scale's fault.
I have to agree.
I also told Hubby that it is a combination of weight training this week, starting my period, and a broken scale. HEEHEE!
