Salsa Chicken

TeeterI made this the other night and it was so yummy. It was the easiest thing I have made in a long time.

Salsa Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 container of your favorite salsa (I use the freshest stuff I can find in the deli section of the grocery store, it's usually by the lettuces and dressings.)

Place chicken into baking pan. Pour salsa evenly over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes, until chicken is done.

Top with your favorite toppings: a little cheese and sour cream.

Enjoy!

I think the universe is telling me to make this.

Yesterday, at my Weight Watchers meeting, another lady was talking about this exact same recipe, except she makes hers in a crockpot. Just throws in chicken and salsa and cookes on high for 4 hours.

Sounds yummy.
